Andrew Chan is a poetic explorer. At dawn, he practices Chinese martial arts while reciting his own poems on microbiology. At dusk, he shuts the lights, opens his piano, and stirs up compositions envisaging otherworldly dimensions spiralling into either brilliance, doom, or some hieroglyphic fate in between.
